Please fill out the list of employees and forward it to info@trimed.ee when referring employees to health check.
Prior to your appointment you should fill out a health check card and take it with you. This way, you have time to give thorough answers to all of the questions. In case you forgot to fill out or bring your health check card with you, you have the possibility to fill it out when you arrive.
Important! Health check cannot be performed when an employee is sick and/or on sick leave. In case your employee falls ill, please let us know as soon as possible (info@trimed.ee / phone 5241567) so we can arrange a new appointmet and use the time slot for another employee.
